Popdeem Partners with Spoonity to Launch Integrated Social Loyalty Solution

Popdeem and Spoonity have announced a strategic partnership to provide a comprehensive social loyalty experience for restaurants and retailers globally. The companies have built an integration that will enable restaurants to avail of Spoonity’s mobile loyalty software, and Popdeem’s social engagement software within one seamless guest experience.

Ribs & Burgers, a 20 location fast-casual restaurant chain, specializing in slow-cooked wholesome ribs and premium burgers within a welcoming and authentic environment are one of the first to launch with the joint integration. Other launch clients include restaurant chains and retailers globally such as The Grounds of Alexandria (Australia), Spoons (US), Yogurt Persa (Ecuador) and Estampa (Panama).

With Spoonity, merchants can launch their own turnkey mobile solution which includes payments and loyalty rewards. This solution is proven to increase customer frequency and spend through a points or credit based system, which is entirely integrated to the merchants POS. With the new Popdeem integration, brands will also be able to reward those loyal customers when they share brand experiences across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. So not only can brands increase customer loyalty but they can also turn their most loyal customers into brand ambassadors.
